Intention is the quiet force behind every meaningful change in life. When you set an intention, you are saying to yourself and to life: “This is the direction I choose.” It’s different from a wish or a vague hope. Intention has clarity, energy, and commitment. It is the seed from which your actions, your focus, and eventually your reality grow. I’m focusing more and more on my true intentions and realizing that I have the tools to work with them from my source.

Let the answers emerge slowly; you don’t have to force them.

3. Listen to your Source
For those who resonate with a spiritual dimension, invite guidance from your Source—God, Spirit, the Universe, your Higher Self. You might ask:
“Show me the intention that best supports my highest health and well-being.”
Notice what arises as a quiet knowing, an inner nudge, or a sense of “Yes, that’s it.”

4. State your intention clearly and positively
Use present-tense, empowering language, focused on what you choose, not what you fear.
Instead of: “I don’t want to be anxious,” try: “I cultivate calm and trust.”
Instead of: “I’m tired of being unhealthy,” try: “I lovingly care for my body.”

5. Anchor it in your body and daily life
Say your intention out loud. Write it down. Feel how it lands in your heart, your chest, your belly. Then ask, “What small action today reflects this intention?” Consistent, simple actions give intentions real power.
